Solvent Based Sealers
i22 Color Enhancing Sealer:
A crystal-clear, non-yellowing, premium quality sealer used to seal cured concrete surfaces.
UV-resistant and is perfectly suited for decorative concrete overlays, stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, or any other surface where penetration and wear resistance is important. i22 contains 22% solids.
Will dry to a Satin or Natural finish.
Used mainly on Exterior surfaces.
i30 (Wet Look) Color Enhancing Sealer:
Same chemical makeup of the i22 sealer but contains more solids (30%) to provide a higher gloss finish.
Will dry to a High Gloss finish.
Urethane Sealers
iCRU-6:
A two component, high solids, solvenated, aliphatic polyester polyurethane.
The UV resistant, mar resistant, chemical resistant nature of this product will cause it to outperform most other types of sealers or top coats.
iCRU-6 is designed for professional use only and is specified as the finish coat for use in moderate to severe chemical environments or in heavy traffic areas.
Apply as a coating over iCoats IPoxy floor coating system or cement based coatings (Skim or Texture Blends) to provide a more chemical resistant surface.
iCRU-6 may be used as a sealer on a variety of other substrates such as plain concrete as well as Acid stained concrete flooring.
Use it on Residential floors, Industrial floors, Garage floors, Decorative concrete floors, Restaurant floors, Food Processing Facilities or Automotive Service area flooring.
Used primarily on Interior surfaces. Two coats are recommended.
Flooring Epoxy Sealers
iPoxy Solid-6 Clear & iPoxy Solid-12 Clear:
iPoxy Solid-6 and Solid-12 are both a two component, 100% solids, high-build, low viscosity, low odor, cyclo-aliphatic chemical resistant epoxy.
This highly versatile epoxy coating comes in both clear and a variety of pigmented colors.
It can be used as a primer, base coat, or as a topcoat, depending on your need.
Both systems are an excellent high build concrete sealer for Interior use over many types of coatings such as iCoats Texture or Skim Coat Blends, Acid stained floors, Epoxy coatings with or without paint flakes and can be applied without a special primer.
Used to create industrial seamless floors in manufacturing plants, mechanical rooms, warehouses, commercial kitchens, and residential garages. In combination with color quartz or paint chips it can be used to create a decorative floor coating.
iPoxy Solid-6 Clear: iPoxy Solid-6 has a six hour dry time.
iPoxy Solid-12 Clear: iPoxy Solid-12 has a twelve hour dry time.
Interior use only. It CAN NOT be used on Exterior surfaces since it will yellow from UV exposure.
Countertop iPoxy:
A two component, 100% solids high build epoxy coating. Dry to the touch in about 8 - 10 hours. Hardening time of 72 hours required before placing light appliances and or sinks. Cure time requires a full 7 days.
Properties of Cured 1/8" inch casting include a tensile strength of 5,800 psi and flexural strength of 9,500 psi.
Can also be used for coating existing countertop materials and an array of regular surfaces such as Ceramic, Tile, Plasters and custom Wood surfaces as shown ⇒
Moisture Guard Sealer
iPoxy Moisture Block:
Moisture seal is a two component, 100% solids, low viscosity, moisture accepting epoxy primer. It has the ability to reduce the hydrostatic pressure emitted by the floor from 12 lbs per 1000 square feet to less than 1lb.
Moisture Block can even cure underwater without affection its adhesion.
Cure time is 5 - 7 hours and it is recommended to NOT apply an Overlay for at least 24 hours after the Moisture block has been installed.
