Available in two formulas and both meet all current USDA and FDA requirements.
CrackRX-98™
CrackRX-98™ is the standard ultra low viscosity Poly Urea Crack injection method you are accustomed to.
It is a 1:1 system and comes in a 22oz re-sealable dual cartridge injection system with a nozzle and proportioning valve for easy installation and optimum results.
With a measurement of 10-15 centipoises, CrackRX-98™ is designed to deep penetrate even the smallest of cracks and has micro-doweling technology that provides for deep penetration into concrete capillaries to optimize both the tensile and shear bonds.
CrackRX-98™ sets in approximately 15 minutes but is available in an extended open time formula as well for larger projects.
CrackRX-100™
CrackRX-100™ is a solvent free version of the CrackRX-98™ and is designed for interior projects where the customer’s requirements won’t allow solvents.
With a measurement of 250 centipoises, CrackRX-100™is highly suitable for larger cracks and spall repairs.
CrackRX-100™ sets in approximately 15 minutes but is also available in an extended open time formula as well for larger projects.
