The program is a form of one-on-one training throughout each step of a certified installers project site.
This certification program comes complete with free continuous on-line, field (where applicable), and phone/email technical support by an independent certified Trainer (Mike Rosiak) with extensive field experience.
You will obtain knowledge and experience required in completing job requests generated either by your own efforts or any of iCoat Canada’s innovative Sales and Marketing strategies if you further obtain iCoat Referral Certification.
The knowledge gained through your hands on training will enable you to confidently complete the applicable decorative concrete techniques from start to the finishing phase.
iCoat Canada will work closely with the Certified Installers in getting their installation business started and will help them in their first few contract jobs where required.
Currently iCoat Canada's Hands on Training Program, offered through an independent certified trainer, is only being held in the Capital region of Victoria, BC.
