A hard surface Concrete Overlay System and a Concrete Countertop Resurfacing System that utilizes unique aggregates in a highly modified concrete matrix manufactured under stringent quality controls to assure consistent composition and color absorption.
These new and exciting product materials are designed to meet the most demanding residential and commercial decorative specifications for either interior or exterior locations.
As an added bonus, the durability and sustainability of both the hard surface Concrete Overlay System and Concrete Countertop Resurfacing System assures the customer a long service lifetime with minimal maintenance requirements.
Any imaginable patterns including, but not limited to Marble, Granite, Slate, Tile, Flagstone or Travertine can be replicated in an unlimited color selection by experienced or certified concrete installers.
Overlay System
consists of 3 parts:
Skim Coat Blend
High-strength polymer-modified cement based material that has self leveling properties for filling in minor defects in the substrate or for preparing the surface for a specific texture which can be produced by iCoats Texture Blend.
Skim Coat Blend is specifically formulated to be colored when a specific grout line color needs to be dictated which would differ from the texture coat color.
It can also be used in lieu of the Texture Blend as a top coat if you are looking for a flooring option that shows less "texture".
Skim Coat Blend is not a true self-leveling overlay material, but does has the capacity to level to the point that most trowel marks will disappear.
It reaches strengths of nearly 8000 psi after a 28 day cure and can be used as a wearable surface coating.
Skim Coat Blend is designed to be troweled as thin as possible, from a feather edge to 1/8" of an inch in thickness.

Texture Blend
High-strength polymer-modified cement based material that is designed for replicating natural surfaces.
This product has different properties than the Skim Coat Blend, in that it allows for more "texture" to be seen.
Texture Blend is desirable when replicating textured Slate, Flagstone, other Natural Stone or Wood patterns.
It reaches strengths of nearly 8000 psi after a 28 day cure and can be used as a wearable surface coating.
Texture Blend is designed to be troweled at depths of less than 1/4" of an inch.
A complex blend of sand, cement and revolutionary additives that give it extremely user friendly properties with effectively amazing results.

Resin221
Resin221 is a polymer resin used to increase cohesion and strengthen concrete masonry products.
The resulting formulation has a long pot life, rapid cure time, and produces an extreme lifetime durability required for decorative concrete surfacing.
Use: Dilute - 4 quarts water with 2 quarts Resin221 mixture with a 50Ib bag of Skim Coat or Texture Blend.
Mix: 5 gallons of Resin221 (diluted as above) is sufficient to mix ten (10) bags of Skim Coat or Texture Blend.

Countertop ResurfacingSystem
consists of 2 parts:
Countertop Blend
Countertop Blend is a newly reformulated polymer-fortified concrete mixture consisting of a complex blend of cement, sand and revolutionary additives of polymeric resins that give it extreme durability of over 14,000 psi with an applied thickness of only 1/8" of an inch.
User friendly properties with effectively amazing results designed to be applied over existing countertop surfaces.
Quick Installation time lines make this resurfacing system ideal and attractive when meeting time sensitive needs of Property investors and Building managers alike.

Countertop iPoxy
Countertop iPoxy is a two component (A+B), 100% solids high build epoxy coating.
Dry to the touch in about 8 - 10 hours, and a hardening time of 72 hours before allowing for placing light appliances and or sinks.
Full Curing requires a full 7 days.
Properties of Cured 1/8" inch casting include a tensile strength of 5,800 psi and a flexural strength of 9,500 psi.
Can be used for coating existing countertop materials and an array of regular surfaces such as Ceramic, Tile, Plaster and Wood surfaces.
Comes in two 1 gallon kits or two 1/2 gallon kits
